FAQ

- Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to support@cigarslovers.club along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item. 

- Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered depending on the order demand and design. Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.  


We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.  

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

Feel free to contact support@cigarslovers.club if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We'll be more than happy to assist you. 

- Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case. 

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you. 

- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

    Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

    • Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Facebook for sales and new arrivals!

    Do you ship worldwide?

    • Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

    How much does shipping code?

    Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Here’s how we break down our shipping prices:

    • Most items are $3.95 for one item + $1 per additional item
    • International shipping costs an additional $1.00

    All prices are in USD.

      How long will it take to receive my order?

      • Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!

      May I get a tracking number?

      • Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: support@cigarslovers.club  with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. 

        Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

        • Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. 

        How can I pay?

        • We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay. 

        What happens if I type in the wrong address?

        • If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@cigarslovers.club & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders! 

        Taxes & Duties: 

        We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
